Fingal County Council are exploring the idea of establishing a new Music, Arts and Cultural Festival in 2023. The festival will celebrate the rich diversity of cultures in the county, with a particular focus on young people.
We think Balbriggan youthful, diverse and family orientated, makes it an ideal coastal location.
